Thanksgiving orders are packaged in convenient, oven-ready containers designed to make reheating and serving at home as easy as possible. Simply follow the included reheating instructions, transfer to your favorite serving dishes—or serve straight from ours. We won’t judge.

Yes! All Soul & Smoke locations will be open on Thanksgiving pickup day. While your Thanksgiving preorder will be packaged cold for reheating at home, you can order from the restaurant while you’re there if you’d like to add hot food to your spread—or grab something to eat while you finish getting Thanksgiving ready.

Yes. Our locations will be open on Thanksgiving pickup day, and you can order available regular-menu items directly from the restaurant. Thanksgiving preorder items, however, should be ordered in advance to guarantee availability.

Don’t give up on it just yet. As our team works through production, we may be able to release additional quantities of certain items. Check the ordering site periodically to see if an item has come back in stock.

Our restaurants will be open on Thanksgiving pickup day, so you’ll still be able to order from the available restaurant menu. However, we cannot guarantee that Thanksgiving preorder items will be available for same-day purchase.
