We keep ordering open as long as possible, but we highly recommend ordering early. Some of our most popular items will sell out before ordering officially closes.

Orders are packaged in convenient, oven-ready containers designed to make reheating and serving at home as easy as possible. Simply follow the included reheating instructions, transfer to your favorite serving dishes—or serve straight from ours. We won’t judge.

Choose your preferred Soul & Smoke pickup location and available pickup time when placing your order. Your confirmation will include your pickup details.

Serving sizes are listed on the online ordering menu items to help you plan. For proteins we recommend ordering about ½ lb per person total. For sides- a small feeds 2-3, a large feeds 10-12.

Christmas preorders are picked up cold and include easy reheating instructions so everything can be hot and ready when it’s time to gather around the table.

Yes! Every order will include simple reheating instructions so you can spend less time worrying about the food and more time enjoying the holiday. You can also download them in advance here.

Absolutely. Build your entire feast with Soul & Smoke, or just let us handle the dishes you don’t want to make yourself. Order a full spread or mix and match Soul & Smoke with your own family traditions.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, but each location and pickup window has limited capacity. Changes are not guaranteed once your order has been placed.

Because we purchase and prepare specifically for Christmas, changes may not always be possible. Please double-check your order before submitting it.

Yes! All Soul & Smoke locations will be open on Christmas pickup day. While your preorder will be packaged cold for reheating at home, you can order from the restaurant while you’re there if you’d like to add hot food to your spread—or grab something to eat while you finish getting Christmas ready.

Yes. Our locations will be open on Thanksgiving pickup day, and you can order available regular-menu items directly from the restaurant. Thanksgiving preorder items, however, should be ordered in advance to guarantee availability.

Don’t give up on it just yet. As our team works through production, we may be able to release additional quantities of certain items. Check the ordering site periodically to see if an item has come back in stock.

Our restaurants will be open on Christmas pickup day, so you’ll still be able to order from the available restaurant menu. However, we cannot guarantee that Christmas preorder items will be available for same-day purchase.
