Join us for a special Soul & Smoke dinner party with Sommelier and Co-Founder Heather Bublick and our good friends from Brooks Winery. Guests will enjoy a pairing of Executive Chef D’Andre Carter’s award-winning BBQ and soul food with some of our favorite wines from Brooks Winery.
Brooks Winery is a woman-owned and led winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Their wines will be featured on our future wine list, and we’re excited to introduce them to you. It’s a beautiful estate that we’ve had the chance to cook at before, making this partnership even more meaningful to us.
This special evening will also give guests a sneak peek at the new Soul & Smoke restaurant before our doors officially open to the public.
All profits from the event will be donated to the Soul & Smoke Foundation, which is dedicated to fighting food insecurity in our neighborhood.
